Peter Acs, MD, PhD, is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Debrecen in Hungary, graduating summa cum laude, and received his PhD in 2000, also summa cum laude. His PhD was based on research conducted at the National Cancer Institute at the National Institutes of Health.
Dr. Acs completed his Internal Medicine residency at Huron Hospital within the Cleveland Clinic Health System and later served as a fellow at Georgetown University Hospital’s Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. His professional background includes physician roles in hematology-oncology as well as extensive research experience. His scholarly work includes numerous peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, book chapters, and patents.
